can't search by region, but you can search by mature height, soil type, spread,
sun, etc.

Try the "Mystery Trees Challenge" -- some of the trees might be there. (Not
comprehensive, but easy, easy, easy (and kid-friendly fun) to use. Also try "What Tree is That?" and then "Click Here to Launch The Animation" - After watching this and trying a few samples you should be ready to use any printed/online tree guide you might already have. There's also lots of other fun stuff on this site,

Lyrics to songs for children but the best part is that they have the music to lots of them! We have "Are you Sleeping?" and "Twinkle, Twinkle" links on our desktop because we know several songs that use those tunes...

I've used these two to find places of interest to visit both in NM and as we travel.
